R E S E N S I

Tak terasa waktu telah bergulir dengan cepat. Alice (Mia Wasikowska) kini telah berusia 19 tahun dan melupakan segala petualangan yang sempat ia alami ketika masih kecil. Alice tak akan ingat jika saja petualangan itu tak datang lagi kepadanya tepat ketika ia sedang berada di sebuah pesta.

Alice yang sedang berada di sebuah pesta tiba-tiba menyadari bahwa ia akan segera dilamar di hadapan para pengunjung pesta saat itu. Merasa tak siap menghadapi itu, Alice pun mencoba untuk menghindar. Saat berusaha melarikan diri inilah Alice bertemu White Rabbit (Michael Sheen) yang membimbingnya masuk ke lubang yang ternyata menuju ke Wonderland.

Sepeninggal Alice sepuluh tahun sebelumnya, terjadi sebuah kudeta. Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter) berhasil mengambil alih kekuasaan dari White Queen (Anne Hathaway). Pada awalnya, Andy berniat untuk menyimpan mainan-mainan masa kecilnya di loteng, terkecuali Woody yang rencananya akan ia bawa. Sialnya, karena suatu kesalahpahaman, ibu Andy mengira bahwa kantong yang berisi Buzz dan kawan-kawan adalah kantong sampah. Ia pun bermaksud membuangnya untuk diangkut oleh truk pengangkut sampah. Melihat hal itu, tentu saja Woody tidak bisa tinggal diam. Tanpa pikir panjang, si koboi segera bergerak untuk menolong teman-temannya.

Ternyata, bukan perkara yang sulit bagi Buzz dan yang lain untuk bisa lolos. Mereka berhasil meloloskan diri sebelum Woody datang untuk menyelamatkan mereka. Mereka yang menganggap bahwa Andy sudah tidak lagi peduli terhadap mereka lalu memutuskan untuk minggat ke tempat penitipan anak Sunnyside. Usaha Woody membujuk mereka untuk tetap tinggal pun gagal, sebagaimana Jessie (Joan Cussack) yang beranggapan bahwa para mainan berhak untuk menentukan nasibnya masing-masing. Dan menurutnya, disumbangkan bagi anak-anak yang masih banyak bermain dengan mainan adalah pilihan yang paling tepat.

Tex Richman (Chris Cooper), seorang saudagar minyak yang serakah berencana merobohkan Muppet Theater karena tepat di bawah gedung tua ini ada tambang minyak. The Muppets dalam kondisi terdesak. Sepertinya mereka memang harus menyerah. Untungnya, di saat-saat genting ini, muncul Walter (Peter Linz), Gary (Jason Segel), dan Mary (Amy Adams).

Tiga orang ini adalah fans berat The Muppets dan tak rela kalau Muppet Theater diruntuhkan oleh Tex Richman. Mereka bertiga siap membantu namun masalahnya The Kermit masih harus mengumpulkan anggota yang lain. Fozzie sekarang sibuk tampil bersama band barunya di sebuah casino sementara Miss Piggy sudah jadi editor fashion di majalah Vogue Paris, Animal sedang mengikuti terapi untuk meredakan emosinya yang meluap-luap, sedangkan Gonzo sudah jadi pengusaha bisnis perbaikan pipa saluran air. Bisakah mereka kembali bersatu untuk memperjuangkan Muppet Theater.

When successful attorney, Mitch Bright (Daniel Baldwin), returns home after more than 20 years to the small town of Trapper Falls, Alaska he runs into his old high schools rivals: the Reed brothers, Dan (Ted McGinley) and Greg (Brad Stein). Dan is building a new platform for the town's traditional nativity scene, but he is the mayor of the town, the platform is being built with city money, and it's on city property. To top things off: Dan is even married to Kristen (Nancy Stafford) the girl both Dan and Mitch liked in high school. The first thing Mitch does is file a legal injunction against the nativity citing separation of church and state. The second thing he does is decide to run for mayor against his main rival Dan; Dan has been the mayor for years. Mitch accuses Dan of forcing his Christianity upon the entire town, then Mitch goes on a rant about the arrogance and hypocrisy of all Christians...
